    Compensation Overview

     

    The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

    What Is the Opportunity?

     

    We're on the hunt for an exceptional Executive Producer to lead our dynamic in-house marketing production group, reporting into our Executive Creative Director. This isn't just a management role; it's an opportunity to evolve the way we produce video content by inspiring, innovating, and shaping the future of our print, digital, and video production capabilities. You'll be a pivotal leader, overseeing a talented team responsible for bringing our creative ideas to life across diverse platforms. We need someone who deeply understands the creative and production processes, can expertly manage people and projects, and stays ahead of the curve on the latest marketing trends and technologies.     What Will You Do?

     

    + Extensive Production Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a senior production role managing a diverse range of creative productions (print, digital, video, experiential, etc.), ideally within an in-house creative department or a fast-paced agency environment.

    + A proactive and strategic approach to identifying potential production roadblocks and developing and executing effective contingency plans to find creative solutions to unexpected challenges.

    + Team Leadership & Mentorship: Experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing production teams with a history of fostering a collaborative, efficient, and positive production environment.

    + Motivate the team to push creative boundaries, explore new ideas, and consistently deliver groundbreaking work that resonates with our audiences.

    + Deep Understanding of Production Workflows: Intimate knowledge of the entire production lifecycle, including concept development, pre-production, talent acquisition, shooting/filming, post-production (editing, sound, motion graphics), and final delivery of various production techniques with the ability to adapt as needed.

    + Exceptional Project Management: Proven ability to manage people and multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    + Resource Management: Proven ability to vet, onboard, and manage external resources effectively from an extensive network of trusted production vendors, freelancers, and specialists (e.g., videographers, editors, photographers, stylists, talent agencies, etc.). Strong negotiation skills for contracts and agreements.

    + Strong Financial & Budget Management Skills: Experience developing, tracking, and managing significant production budgets, with a keen eye for cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

    + Quality Assurance & Brand Guardianship: Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to ensure all produced content aligns perfectly with brand identity, messaging, and creative and technical standards.

    + A keen awareness of emerging production technologies and industry trends (e.g., new video formats, interactive experiences, AI in production) with an ability to adapt production strategies to leverage new opportunities and stay competitive.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with creative teams, marketing stakeholders, legal, finance, and external partners.

    + Skilled at translating creative concepts into actionable production plans and clearly communicating progress, challenges, and solutions to all parties.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    + Communication Leader: Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating across departments.

    + Problem Solver: A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot challenges and adapt to evolving demands.

    + Inspiration Generator: A true passion for inspiring creative excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

     

    What is a Must Have?

     

    + Tenure: Seven years of experience as an experienced video producer, with five years as an executive producer, including managing people.

    + Education: Bachelor’s Degree; Deep expertise in using most current video production technology

    + Industry relationships: Must have production industry relationships upon which to draw for completing creative assignments
