As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at Kuehne+Nagel, you’ll oversee critical pharmaceutical warehousing operations with precision and care. From managing temperature-sensitive inventory to ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards, your leadership directly supports the safe and timely delivery of medications. In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Friday - Sunday, 12 PM - 12:30 AM. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers.

How you create impact

+ Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies

+ Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included

+ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members

+ Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

+ Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors

+ Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time

+ Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory

+ Implement continuous improvement action plans

+ Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

What we would like you to bring

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment

+ 2 or more years in a supervisory role

+ Minimum one year of experience operating sit-down and reach forklifts is a plus

+ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
