As Customer Excellence Specialist you organise and supervise the transport of all orders and ensure that your customers are overall satisfied. HSE and data quality is always at the forefront of the work you do. You act as the customer's front line support by providing information and answering questions while building and maintaining a strong and trustful partnership with customers, suppliers, colleagues and BU. The specialist is responsible for the profitability of orders, correct invoicing and data quality.
How you create impact
+ Arrange and supervise the transport of cargo (air, road, etc based on customer need)
+ Ensure all systems are kept up to date promptly
+ Monitor the operational performance of all involved parties and report any issues that may occur
+ Immediately report problems when they occur
+ Pro-active engagement with other teams (hubs, chartering, engineering, BU, etc.)
+ Maintain all FSL activities within KPI
+ Safety first mindset and report all Unsafe Acts/Conditions and incidents
What we would like you to bring
+ Bachelors Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain is preferred
+ 3+ years experience in Project freight, air freight, sea freight, road freight
+ 2+ years experience in a customer facing role and handling Special Cargo
+ Industry experience in Energy, Project Logistics, and/or Marine beneficial
