About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll guide customers through their digital car purchase journey. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and champion of customer satisfaction.. all while earning competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and growth potential.

What You’ll Do:

+ Serve as the main point of contact, guiding customers with clarity and care.

+ Answer questions, explain next steps, and provide updates via phone, text, and email.

+ Support financing, collect documents, and coordinate smooth delivery.

+ Build trust by ensuring every customer feels valued and respected.

What You Bring:

+ Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others.

+ Sales or service experience where you’ve guided customers through decisions.

+ Clear, professional communication skills (phone, email, text).

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
