Job Description:

HOW JOB TITLE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

+ _Produce PTCO deliverables in context with the customer’s Facility Accreditation_ _Process_

+ _Review required documentation to ensure quality, completeness and compliance with ICD 705 and/or other applicable regulations (i.e. FFC, CSP, TEMPEST checklist, Site Visit Reports, etc.)_

+ _Provide guidance to the customer to meet completeness and compliance_ _requirements Record the actions and completed task; and attach relevant documents to the associated entry._

+ _Create and obtain approval for the Special Operations Communications (SOCOMM) messages, documents, and email._

+ _Participates in special projects as required._

_​_ WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

+ 8+ years of related experience in physical security administration, preferably in the government contracting industry

+ _Experience managing the physical security of SCIFs and secure workspaces._

+ _Experience relating to the accreditation of customer SCIFs and collateral facilities._

+ _Knowledgeable with current IC physical security policies including ICD 705, TSG, TSCM._

+ _Experience providing construction recommendations for new construction and_ _facility modifications to facilitate accreditation._

+ _Understanding of classification guidelines and program protection plans._

+ _Experience serving as liaison with corporate management, government program representatives, and security personnel at various levels to assist in ensuring program requirements are met._

+ _Experience preparing Preconstruction Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), Construction Security Plans (CSP), TEMPEST checklists, and Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC)._

+ _Experience managing multiple projects/tasks and large workloads._

+ _Strong verbal and written communication skills._

+ _Strong administrative and organization skills._

+ _Proficient with MS Office._

+ _Experience updating and maintaining records in customer applications and_ _databases._

+ _Ability to carry and lift heavy pieces, up to 75 pounds, of equipment both during_ _travel and while evaluating SCIFs._

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
