    Human Resources Generalist

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 annually

     

    Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

     

    Language Requirement: Bilingual (Spanish/English)

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist with 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. This role will support core HR functions including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage and resolve employee relations issues in compliance with policies and labor laws

    + Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

    + Administer employee benefits and respond to inquiries

    + Support payroll processing (preferably using ADP)

    + Maintain confidential HR records and documentation

    + Assist in HR policy development and implementation

    + Collaborate with management on workforce planning

    + Provide bilingual support for HR communications and engagement initiatives

    Required Qualifications

    + Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)

    + 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing

    + Fluent in Spanish and English

    + Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems

    + Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

    + Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion

    + SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
