    The Maintenance Reliability Specialist role is critical to the development of our factory to World Class, which means zero defects, zero waste and zero losses. The Maintenance Reliability Specialist role will focus on elimination of breakdowns and maintenance of basic conditions through use of Focused Improvement and Quality improvement methods including implementation of countermeasures that simplify processes, utilize predictive / preventative maintenance effectively and introduce increased automation and controls.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Analyze equipment failure modes and root causes to prevent future issues.

    + Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.

    + Conduct reliability testing and statistical analysis to assess system performance.

    + Collaborate with design and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability.

    + Document findings and creating reports for management and technical teams.

    + Train maintenance crews on technical standards and sustainability of basic conditions.

    + Support the implementation of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

    + Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel.

    + Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reliability initiatives.

    + Participate in safety or quality reviews and ensure corrective actions are carried out.

    + Support the implementation of the new computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

    + Support major maintenance repairs

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + High School Diploma required. Degree in an engineering field preferred.

    + At least three (3) years of experience in fast paced manufacturing environment.

    + At least two (1) years of experience in industrial maintenance and/or reliability.

    + Knowledge of maintenance strategies.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills.

    + Must be capable of working independently and in a team environment.

    + Proven track record of implementing improvement ideas.

    + Experience using a CMMS system

     

    The pay range for this position is 75,800.00 - 113,600.00 USD. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

     

    Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

     

    Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
