R espons i bil i t i es :

+ Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff .

+ Directly manage event day staff while having direct interact i on w i th customers .

+ Maintain and control high volume food and beverage i nvento ry.

+ Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures .

+ Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food qual i ty.

+ Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced .

+ Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures .

+ Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliation .

Qual i fications :

+ M ust be at l east 18 y ears of age .

+ Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing s k i lls .

+ Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage serv i ce .

+ Ab il i ty to multitask i n a fast paced , team orientated sett i ng .

+ Must be able to work fluently in Engl i sh .

+ Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate cond i t i ons .

+ Ab il i ty to l i ft and car ry i tems w e i ghing up to 50 pounds up and do w nsta i rs / ramps .

+ Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and hol i da y s .

+ Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing , and pulling for e xt ended periods of t i me .

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and an y additional job specific safe ty tra i n i ng .

spec ifi c safe ty training .

Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company's risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safe ty incident has been reported to y ou .

Compensation:

Part-Time $23.44 hr
