Job Duties and Responsibilities

The STaX Team plays a critical role in the Customer Experience Operations (CXO) organization. The Data team falls under the Application Delivery Strategy Team (ADS) for STaX, whose mission is to create a world class agent experience by delivering the best applications. This team operates from Dish TV headquarters in Englewood, CO.
The **Application Configuration Analyst II, STaX Data** will manage products, services, and rules via database management applications that power agent, customer, and technician facing applications This team handles the product catalog which consists of programming, equipment, add-ons, offers, and physical products that we ensure are available, consistent, and accurate based on business rules. We also evaluate the impacted applications to make sure they provide the best user experience. You will thrive in this role if you are self-motivated, adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to solve an array of puzzles.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Create and update documentation to ensure team’s future success; including, but not limited to, SOPs, new process documentation, and general knowledge gathered
+ Collaborate effectively with business partners, subject matter experts, and developers, working together to optimize solutions and processes
+ Continuously interpret, refine, and implement business needs/requirements to make updates to agent, customer, and technician applications; utilize feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement
+ Validate product catalog for functionality and ease of use; troubleshooting and fixing issues identified with products, services, and related configuration while developing and sharing best practices to avoid future obstacles
+ Utilize Jira, time management, and planning skills to deliver project/team tasks within given timelines; identify and prioritize opportunities based on feedback, level of effort, and business priorities
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or at least four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner; ability to interact with and communicate effectively with a large spectrum of different stakeholders, including senior business executives and technology experts
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with strict deadlines
+ Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in the face of change and ambiguity while motivating others to do the same
+ Demonstrate a passion for personal growth and learning; show a commitment to staying current in their field and striving for excellence
+ Has the aptitude or desire to learn configuration applications and other technical skills; ability to apply knowledge and logic to develop solutions to complex problems; analyze information and processes to produce multiple solutions or efficiencies, using a mindset towards long term and “big picture” outcomes

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
