    As a **Syndicated Loan Transaction Coordination Manager** within the Syndicated Loan Transaction Coordination team at JPMorganChase, you will lead a team responsible for managing complex syndicated and bilateral loans for the Corporate Investment and Commercial Banks. You will drive operational excellence, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure alignment with the firm's strategic goals.

     

    The Syndicated Loan Transaction Coordination team are experts in orchestrating and coordinating the deal execution lifecycle for Corporate Syndicated Loans. Our coverage ranges from Middle Market to Investment Banking including Private Credit, and some of the largest, most high-profile Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs) in the industry. As the single point of contact representing all of operations for our bankers, we drive the execution process and serve as the first line of defense in operational feasibility. Our team is dedicated to delivering seamless, high-impact solutions that enable our business partners to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced market.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Manage, mentor, and empower a team of 5-10 Syndicated Loan Coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and success.

    + Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for complex syndicated loan transactions, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence.

    + Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the firm, acting as a trusted ambassador for Transaction Coordination and Wholesale Lending Services (WLS).

    + Oversee transaction closing mechanics, proactively resolve escalations, and ensure all requirements are met with precision.

    + Promote a robust risk and control environment, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.

    + Represent WLS in business and risk forums, support audit cycles, and deliver insightful operational summaries.

    + Anticipate client and stakeholder needs, deliver creative solutions, and lead projects and working groups to enhance performance and efficiency.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    + Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of Syndicated Loan operational and coordination experience.

    + Deep knowledge of syndicated loan products, credit agreements, deal structures, and loan funding mechanics.

    + Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

    + Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner with senior management to drive solutions.

    + Excellent communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong analytical capability.

    + Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

    + Comfortable navigating rapid change and eager to learn new systems and principles.

    + Confident in making critical decisions, escalating issues, and proposing effective solutions.

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    + Experience in cross-border transactions and international coordination.

    + Familiarity with Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Credit Risk.

    + Track record of leading projects and working groups to drive efficiency and performance.
