    Program Manager – Transformation & Change Management

    About the Role:

    We’re hiring a Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and support the launch of a new program office. This role is key to driving cultural change and improving operational effectiveness through structured change management.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead large-scale organizational transformation projects.

    + Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption.

    + Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.

    + Support daily operations of a newly formed program office.

    + Create communication plans, presentations, and dashboards to track engagement and performance.

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of program management experience focused on transformation and change.

    + Strong knowledge of change management methodologies.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Experience developing strategic communications and performance metrics.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Familiarity with analytics, AI, or emerging technologies is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
