Shift: Must be available Monday–Sunday between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM MST (Will be assigned an 8 hour shift, 5 days a week based on business needs)

Placement Type: Contract (with potential to go on permanently based on performance and attendance)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues using multiple company applications.

+ Educate callers on benefit plans, prior authorizations, and PBM processes.

+ Maintain high standards for quality, adherence, and one-touch resolution.

Qualifications

+ Experience: Entry-level; prior call center or customer service experience preferred.

+ Skills: Strong computer literacy, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
