Step into a dynamic support role where every interaction drives impact!

+ Monitor service systems and jump into action when customers reach out for help.

+ Resolve incidents and service requests while keeping everything updated in the tracking system.

+ Follow proven procedures while staying flexible and focused on solutions.

+ Help train and mentor fellow Service Analysts to build a stronger team.

+ Respond to advanced support requests (Level 2 and 3) across phone, chat, and system alerts—escalating when needed.

+ Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.

+ Troubleshoot issues, apply quick fixes, and collaborate with tech teams for long-term solutions.

+ Contribute to project planning and training to ensure smooth launches.

+ Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and peripherals using documented procedures.

+ Document your troubleshooting steps to build a smarter support system.

+ Follow up promptly to ensure every customer feels supported.

+ Clearly explain service procedures so customers feel confident and informed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
