    Member Service Representative

     

    Start Date: November 17

     

    Shifts: Shifts fall between 1:00 PM and 1:30 AM Monday- Saturday.

    Job Overview:

    TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution to hire Member Service Representatives in Atlanta, GA. This remote position requires candidates to reside in the Atlanta area for occasional on-site days that can be requested.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond to member inquiries and requests in a high-volume, structured contact center.

    + Provide detailed information about company products and services, ensuring excellent member experience and customer service.

    + Conduct transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.

    + Advise members on additional products and services that may suit their needs.

    + Manage a call volume of 80–100+ calls daily.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + 1–2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, retail, admin, or sales).

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mentally demanding environment.

    + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult conversations.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Proficiency in computer use and data entry/typing skills.

    + Previous remote work experience preferred.

    Schedule:

    + Full-time, 40 hours per week.

    + Shifts fall between 1:00 PM and 1:30 AM Monday- Saturday.

    + One rotating day off during the week and one weekend day off.

    + Must have a 9.5-hour window of flexibility. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.

    Training Period:

    + 11/17/25-12/26/25

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
