    Remote Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Remote - equipment providedSummary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service experiences. This role involves engaging with customers via phone and online chat, resolving inquiries, and supporting account management and healthcare eligibility verification.

    Responsibilities:

    + Deliver the highest level of customer service experience

    + Answer customer calls and respond to online chat inquiries

    + Reset passwords and assist with account creation

    + Upload documents and answer general questions

    + Help customers manage their accounts and verify eligibility for coverages

    + Find creative solutions to consumer problems

    + Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues in a timely manner

    + Display flexibility and adapt to changing project/program updates

    + Demonstrate corporate values consistently

    + Complete self-study, training, and testing; pass required exams

    + Adhere to regulated communication guidelines

    + Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies

    + Input customer information into a database

    + Perform various administrative duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work independently and adapt to change

    + Commitment to learning and passing required training exams

    + Professional demeanor and adherence to company policies

    + Must take a call center customer service assessment

    Compensation:

    $15/hour

    Schedule:

    Initial training and work schedule will be one of the following:

    + M–F Shift #1: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM EST

    + M–F Shift #2: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST

    + Note: Schedule may change during OEP season

    Start Date:

    November 3rd

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
