Partner Support Coordinator

Hybrid - Centennial, Colorado - 4 days per week On Site

Job Description:

+ Responsible for managing orders provided by contracted selling partners.

+ This includes but is not limited to receiving orders from sales inputting them into the system and then seeing the orders through to completion.

+ May act as liaison between Comcast authorized selling partners and Comcast internal teams.

+ Must have the ability to manage high volume great customer service skills and a team player.

+ Good communication is self-motivated has experience with data entry has proven success in multi-tasking capabilities and has attention to detail.

+ Must be flexible in working hours.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ Ability to work evenings: Monday through Friday: 4 PM - 12 AM

+ Experience in Telecom industry is preferred

+ Customer service/Data Entry

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
