Site Foreman – Low Voltage

Schedule: Full-time | M–F 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Nights/Weekends as needed

Team Leadership: 10–15 Technicians

TEKsystems is hiring a Site Foreman to lead a team of low voltage technicians on a large-scale commercial construction project. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience in the electrical or low voltage field, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident managing crews, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring high-quality installations.

Top Skills & Experience

+ Large Commercial Leadership: Proven experience managing 10+ technicians on major commercial job sites (e.g., hospitals, high-rises, manufacturing plants).

+ Electrical/Low Voltage Expertise: Background in running and managing crews in electrical or low voltage installations.

+ Blueprints & Job Layout: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and effectively lay out job sites.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage a team of 10–15 technicians on-site.

+ Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.

+ Coordinate with other trades and site leadership to resolve scheduling and logistical issues.

+ Provide daily updates on progress, materials, and team performance.

+ Address and resolve any issues that arise with technicians or site conditions.

+ Maintain a professional and safety-first work environment.

+ Represent TEKsystems and our client with professionalism and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in project management or construction leadership roles.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for reporting and coordination.

+ Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a “do what it takes” attitude.

Work Environment

+ On-site at large commercial construction projects.

+ Travel may be required (primarily within Tennessee, occasional out-of-state).

+ Must be open to working nights or weekends to meet project deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
