JOB PURPOSE:

The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the nursing schedule, completing attendance reconciliation and reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the scheduling of all nursing staff while maintaining a safe staff to patient ratio

Review and distribution daily and weekly missed punch reports

Prepare and distributes and updates daily breakdown of staffing by units

Inputs schedule and manage time and edits within ADP

Receives, maintains and processes PTO requests with DNS and HR Generalist

Tracks attendance and works with HR Generalist on trackng in accordance with attendance policy

Applies C.A.R.E customer service approach in all aspects of job.

Actively supports commitment to providing C.A.R.E service on all quality objectives, with an emphasis on continual improvement.

Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

Performs additional duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma

Previous scheduling experience

Experience with scheduling and/or time clock software preferred

Microsoft Office Skills – Excel, Word, Outlook

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Solid verbal and written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills
