    Description and Requirements

     

    About the Role

     

    Our global AIOps team (AI Operations) is growing quickly and we are in need of an AIOps Support Engineer to join us at our Morrisville, NC site. This position is hybrid, onsite 3 days per week and you will be responsible for supporting the deployment, configuration, daily operation and ongoing optimization of our AIOps platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Responsible for the deployment, configuration, daily operation, and optimization of Lenovo's AIOps platformin overseas environments

    + Ensure system stability and high availability

    + Support incident handlingin a timely manner

    + ProvideUser Service Supportday-to-dayforoverseas users including access management, feature consultation, andissue resolution

    + Work on global cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, Information Security to ensure compliance, alignment,transformation and change management compliance

    + SupportHQ team to support the rollout,integrationand promotion of AIOps

    + Support compliance with change management processesincluding version upgrades, feature releases, and environment changes

    + Identifyand implementidentifyperformance and user experienceimprovements

    Basic Qualifications

    + 1-2 years of ExperiencewithAI Ops or globalCloudOps

    + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering,Information Technologyor related field isrequired

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Exposure to AWP automation or Hubble monitoring products

    + Experience withintelligent workflows:diagnostics, remediation, and infrastructure optimization

    + Experience with tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana,OpenTelemetry, ServiceNow, or Runbook Automation platforms

    + Strong communicationskills both verbal and written

    + Experience with BI tools a plus

    + Advanced degree a plus

     

    The base salary budgeted range for this position is $65-85k. Individuals may also be considered forbonusand/or commission.This is a hybrid position 3 days per week at our Morrisville location.
