    Remote Operations Specialist- Contract

    **Location:** Remote (occasional travel to Logan, UT office, approx. 1x/month)

    **Contract Duration:** Minimum 3 months, potential up to 6 months

    **Compensation:** $70–85/hour (depending on experience)

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced professional to provide temporary support within our Operations department. This contract position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional on-site collaboration in our Logan office. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in insurance agency operations, AMS administration, auditing, or commercial lines account management, and will play a key role in enhancing processes and supporting operational initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Review and strengthen internal procedures to improve operational efficiency

    + Audit work performed by junior staff to ensure accuracy and compliance

    + Support vendor integrations and help streamline technology platforms

    + Assist with an AMS database restructure and ongoing system improvements

    Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in agency operations, AMS administration, auditing, or as a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager

    + Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

    + Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

    + Comfortable managing projects with minimal oversight
