As a **Director Portfolio Management for Vertical Software Offerings and Integrations** at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our portfolio within the Honeywell Building Automation division. Your expertise will be essential in aligning our offerings with market needs and ensuring our portfolio is positioned for success in high-growth verticals, and customer segments.
You will report directly to our Vice President – Offering Management, Connected Buildings, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact our ability to capture market opportunities, understand customer needs, work with offering managers in vertical groups and software offering managers to develop key solutions to help meet market requirements, and drive profitability through effective portfolio management strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Support the integration of software solutions that are not on Forge (Fire, Security and Access Solutions, new platforms).
+ Drive evolution and reuse of BA Connected strategy stack and develop domain specific apps and outcome solutions working with GBE teams.
+ Be responsible for the cloud optimization and have a detailed view of cloud running costs and plan optimization strategies.
+ Help to drive vertical specific applications like connected hospitality, connected healthcare, datacenter on-prem solutions, migration of comfort point insights, etc.
+ Also work with vertical teams and General Managers to drive Go To Market strategies with their Offering Managers as well as with the hardware Product Managers to deliver a complete end to end software solution for the vertical
+ Work with Connected strategy director and software offering managers, to help develop Forge AI roadmap, and API partnerships, to drive better integrations that can support new offerings and outcomes for target segments.
+ Cross-pollinate and upsell/ cross-sell solutions across channels.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 8+ years of prior Product Management experience, leading ideation to launch and P&L management.
+ Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong background in software offering management, including customer VOCs, developing value props, customer segmentation, Product requirement documentation, developing PRFAQs
+ Working knowledge of cloud cost management, developing economies of scale strategies and managing software P&L.
+ Experience with developing and executing strategies to expand product offerings.
+ Proficiency in market analysis and product lifecycle management in the AI space and have developed data-based outcome solutions.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
+ Experience in a global organization, particularly within the building technologies sector and software technologies.
+ Strong leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
