Cath Lab RN | November Start – Palo Alto

Start Date: November 2025 | 13-Week Contract

We’re seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN for a travel assignment at a leading hospital in Palo Alto, California. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong experience in neuro-interventional and vascular endovascular procedures, and the ability to manage high-acuity patients in a dynamic cath lab setting.

Position Highlights

+ Location: Palo Alto, CA

+ Setting: Hospital – Cath Lab

+ Start Window: November 2025

+ Contract Length: 13 weeks, with potential for extension

+ Schedule: 4x10s (40 hours/week)

+ Shift: Days

Required Qualifications

+ Must be a traveler (permanent address 50+ miles from the facility)

+ CA RN License

+ 5+ years of Cath Lab RN experience

+ 3+ years accepted at a lower rate

+ Experience in neuro-interventional and vascular endovascular procedures

+ Ability to manage high-acuity ICU and outpatient cases

+ Training in administering moderate sedation, circulating, and monitoring procedures

+ RNs with multi-modality experience preferred

+ Certifications:

+ BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association)

+ Experience:

+ EPIC EMR proficiency

+ Previous travel RN experience

Additional Compliance Requirements

+ TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

+ Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Successful completion of new hire training as applicable to job site

+ Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements

+ Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and clients; proficiency in English required

+ Computer proficiency required

What You’ll Do:

Provide expert nursing care during neuro-interventional and vascular procedures, manage high-acuity patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital-based cath lab.
