    Position Details:

    + ?? Location: Burnsville, MN

    + ?? Contract Duration: Through the end of the current school year

    + ?? Schedule: Full-time, school hours

    + ?? Type: Contract position

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist teachers with classroom activities and student supervision

    + Support students with academic tasks and social development

    + Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

    + Collaborate with staff to ensure every student feels seen and supported

    Required Qualifications:

    + ? Previous experience working with individuals with cognitive deficits

    + ? PCA (Personal Care Assistant) certification

    + Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

    + ? Paraeducator certification (can be completed in-office)

    OR

    + ? 60+ credits of post-high school education

    Bonus Skills:

    + Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

    + Patience, reliability, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed

    + Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with teachers and staff

    + Must be able to pass a background check and meet school district requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required

    + Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Must have AA degree or a pass the ParoPro exam
