    Schedule: Full-Time, School Hours

     

    Pay Rate: Up to $55/hour

    Overview:

    Amergis Educational Staffing is proud to partner with a welcoming and community-focused school in Roxbury, MA to hire a Long-Term Substitute School Nurse for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and organized nursing professional to support student health and wellness in a vibrant school setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide daily health services to students and staff

    + Administer medications and manage chronic health conditions

    + Respond to illness and injury with appropriate care and documentation

    + Maintain health records and ensure compliance with state health regulations

    + Collaborate with school staff and families to support student well-being

    + Participate in school-wide health initiatives and safety planning

    + Support daily operations and contribute to a safe, nurturing school environment

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree required

    + Valid MA nursing license (RN Only)

    + 1–2 years of experience in a school or pediatric setting

    + Strong communication and organizational
