    Salary: $2532 / Week

     

    The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumesresponsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing processand the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or other emergentcritical care areas.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current Registered Nurse License within the state ofpractice

    + Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Shift: Nights, 36 hrs./week

    + Duration: 13 Weeks

    + Travelers only. Must be 75+ miles from site

    + RN ED

    Ratios: Average 1:6 days, average 1:6 nights

    Years of experience REQ: Preferred 2 yrs, will take 1.5 years experience from a like hospital

     

    First-timers accepted: N

     

    Weekend REQ: Every other

    Certs REQ: TNCC, ACLS, BLS

    Is on-call REQ?: N

     

    Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Y

     

    Open to accommodating block schedule? Y

     

    Pending License accepted: Y

     

    RTO Restrictions: RTO greater than 7 days requires approval

    Guaranteed Hours: Y

    Special Requirements: Assigned to one campus, with possibility of rotating to other campuses. Travelers don't get trauma/rescue rooms and don't get triage or locked behavioral health units
