    We are searching for the best talent for an Associate Director, Field Technology Solutions & Enablement to be in Titusville, NJ OR Horsham, PA.

     

    The Associate Director, Field Technology Solutions & Enablement serves as the bridge between our field organization and the DICE team, JJT and vendor ecosystem as required; translating field needs into clear business requirements and ensuring solutions are designed and adopted with the end-user in mind. This individual will represent the voice of the field in shaping and validating technology solutions, ensuring that platforms and tools enhance field effectiveness, customer engagement, and business impact. The role emphasizes enablement and adoption—owning how solutions are operationalized in real-world field workflows—while maintaining close collaboration with Digital Product, IT, and supplier partners. With a focus on delivering measurable value to the field, this leader ensures that enterprise investments translate into seamless, impactful solutions that empower the field to better serve healthcare professionals and patients. The role emphasizes enablement, adoption and change management—owning how solutions are operationalized in real-world field workflows—while maintaining close collaboration with all stakeholders.

     

    In this role, you will build and maintain strong working relationships with partners across PECS, technology, marketing, sales, procurement, healthcare compliance, privacy, and legal.

     

    A Day in the Life

     

    Every patient’s healthcare experience is unique – shaped by personal experiences and beliefs, the presence or absence of support networks, provider and payer dynamics, and socioeconomic factors. For many patients and their caregivers, the decision to start or stop a treatment is overwhelming.     Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    Field Voice & Business Alignment

    + Serve as the dedicated field team representative in solution design, ensuring that business needs, workflows, and pain points are accurately captured and prioritized.

    + Act as the bridge between the field team and the digital products team, making sure our requirements are visible, well-articulated, and aligned with broader enterprise priorities.

    + Anticipate emerging field challenges and proactively surface opportunities for digital enablement.

    Solution Translation & Readiness

    + Translate field requirements into clear, actionable business cases and user requirements that can be handed to Digital Product, IT, and vendor partners for execution.

    + Validate solution designs to ensure they fit real-world field use cases, workflows, and customer interactions.

    + Partner with training and enablement teams to ensure successful adoption and change management in the field.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    + Collaborate closely with Digital Solutions, IT, and external vendors to ensure solutions are developed and delivered with the field experience at the center.

    + Represent field needs while respecting and aligning with enterprise roadmaps.

    + Provide continuous feedback from the field to shape solution iterations, enhancements, and future innovation.

    Qualifications:

    Required Education, Work Experience, and Skills:

    + Bachelor’s degree (Technology, Business Marketing Operations or related fields)

    + 8+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences industries or experience in understanding and translating user need into technology requirements and/or solutions

    + Strong understanding of patient support programs and CRM workflows

    + Background in agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.

    + Experience working with partners within the following business organizations: customer service sales marketing payor/accounting operations supply chain analytics.

    + Strong collaboration skills with expertise in bringing together cross-functional partners in matrixed organizations driving ideation influencing planned outcomes enabling flexibility in changing environments leading execution against key deliverables.

    Experiences:

    + Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated track record for forging strong, productive relationships with a diverse array of customers and colleagues.

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.

    + Proactively communicates product status and project achievements.

    + Very organized with strong attention to detail.

    + Highly self-motivated with ability to lead and empower other team members.

    + Extreme accountability. Eager to set ambitious goals and takes ownership for results.

    + Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Asana, Figma, Confluence, etc.)

    + Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

    + This position may require up to 10% domestic travel

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $120,000 - $207,000

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
