    The Commercial Optimization, Data Strategy & Advanced Analytics Lead is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights and analytics into growth opportunities that shape decisions and drive organizational action. This role will focus on leveraging deep brand analytics, optimizing field team performance, and developing advanced analytics solutions to unlock commercial opportunities. This position will collaborate with cross-functional partners within Strategy, Analytics and Transformation (StAT), Brand Teams, Sales Teams, PECS organization, Strategy Customer Group (SCG), among others, driving data-driven decision-making and growth initiatives across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities** **:

    + Lead the development and execution of deep brand analytics initiatives to identify growth opportunities and strategic insights.

    + Conduct analysis to optimize field team deployment, performance, and targeting strategies

    + Develop and oversee data management strategies, including contracts, data utilization, and serving as a subject matter expert on data-related matters.

    + Lead the design and implementation of predictive analytics models and solutions to identify business opportunities, inform strategies, and enhance decision-making.

    + Lead the development of advanced analytics solutions, including omnichannel campaigns, customer segmentations, trigger alerts, and engagement metrics analysis.

    + Conduct analysis using a variety of data sources to track Key Performance Indicators, build compelling customer experience stories, and generate new insights (e.g., operational data, claims data).

    + Proactively finds opportunities, conducts root cause/trending analysis, and develop/implements short and long-term analytical solutions based upon data and metrics.

    + Integrate market research and analytical insights to build a comprehensive and complete understanding of the market dynamics and unmet needs to shape and refine business analysis.

    + Apply basic consulting skills, including consultative listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for impact.

    + Partner closely with the Strategy, Insights and Analytics (SIA) teams, integrating deep brand analytics and advanced analytics solutions.

    + Cultivate meaningful internal and external partnerships, making valuable contributions and insights for the organization; being insight driven to uncover important unmet needs.

    + Present complex issues in a clear and persuasive manner effectively communicating recommendations to supporting teams and brand team.

    + Partners closely with the U.S. Strategy, Analytics and Transformation (StAT) team to continuously leverage on resources and initiatives.

    + Take personal accountability for making Credo-based decisions and fostering a Credo-based culture.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, Master's degree is preferred.

    Required:

    + Minimum 4 years of analytical work experience is required

    + Strength in storytelling, data visualization, and developing effective presentations

    + High degree of intellectual curiosity

    + Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage insights and analytics

    + Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

    + Current or previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of pharma datasets.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    + Expertise working with Rx data, patient claims, and managed markets data sources (e.g. IQVIA, SHS, Specialty Pharmacy data, among others.)

    Preferred:

    + Experience in Tableau and/or Dataiku

    + Knowledge of analytics and ability to identify appropriate approach to address key business questions

    + Knowledge of market access dynamics (specialty pharmacy, payers, patient access, trade distribution)

    + Comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish

    + Strong critical thinking skills

    Other:

    + Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal) and efficient follow-through

    + Requires up to ten percent (10%) of travel time
