Job Summary
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide senior-level administrative support to the VP, Global Industry and Segment GTM Strategy. Your role will involve a wide variety of services, including project management, research, communications, schedule and travel management, report preparation, and coordination between departments and external parties.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the VP and collaborate on confidential projects including annual planning, employee information, legal matters, and company data.
Prepare and draft communications such as memos, presentations, tables, graphs, and business plans. Proofread for accuracy.
Coordinate professional materials for internal and external use.
Oversee complex travel plans and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Lead logistics for internal events, offsites, and department meetings.
Provide input on team effectiveness and business performance.
Build community and assert leadership through influence.
Collaborate with key support teams including finance, Sales Operations, HR, and Communications.
Arrange facilities, caterers, invitations, presenters, and budgets for various programs, events, and meetings.
Resolve potential schedule conflicts proactively.
Be approachable, provide clear communications, and bring positivity to the team.
Job Requirements
Liaise and collaborate with other executive administrative staff to plan meetings and events.
Proven track record in complex situations.
Experience at senior levels in technology companies in Executive Admin or Project Management roles.
Examples of challenging norms for business efficiency gains.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfort with public speaking.
Ability to work with employees at all levels, including senior leaders, customers, vendors, and visitors.
Attention to detail in planning, composing, and proofing materials.
Examples of leading complex projects requiring cross-team collaboration.
Understanding of social media and ability to post/share content according to company policies.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 90,100 - 134,200 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
