    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of solar energy projects. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, digital control systems, and telecommunications infrastructure, with a focus on managing upgrades, standards, and network improvements across multiple sites.

     

    • Manage and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion.

    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    • Coordinate with electricians, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

    • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

    • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.

    • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

    • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.

    • Manage project budget and resources efficiently.

    • Utilize Maximo, Bluebeam, and Power Plan software for project management and documentation.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management

    • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices.

    • Experience with Maximo, Bluebeam, and Power Plan software.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with Maximo, Bluebeam, and Power Plan software.

    • Background in solar plant operations
