Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Engineer to support process improvement initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and drive manufacturing excellence. This role involves working closely with operations teams, leveraging 3D modeling tools, and ensuring high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Attend tier meetings to understand operational challenges and address immediate issues.
Manage day-to-day activities and communicate status updates effectively.
Lead process improvement initiatives for assigned components and manage related projects.
Open and manipulate 3D models in Siemens NX; add features to create in-process models and apply color coding as needed.
Interpret and apply blueprints and GD&T standards.
Conduct first article inspections and ensure process capability compliance.

Skills and Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or related engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of standard work, first article inspection, process improvement, and process capability.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T. • Experience with Siemens NX for 3D modeling (reading and manipulating models).
• Background in manufacturing; automotive mechanical engineering experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with airfoil components is highly desirable
