Starting Salary: **$90,000+**

_Hybrid and remote roles may be offered at a lower salary than in-person positions._

_What You’ll Do:_

+ Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).

+ Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.

+ Create treatment plans that promote measurable growth and independence.

+ Train and support caregivers, RBTs, and staff.

+ Provide services in center-based, home, community, and clinical settings.

_Qualifications:_

+ **Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.**

+ **Active BCBA certification & LABA license (required).**

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

+ Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

+ Compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping individuals thrive.

+ Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
