What You’ll Do:

+ Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders

+ Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

+ Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and adaptive equipment

+ Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and document outcomes

+ Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and other support staff as required

+ Participate in discharge planning and care conferences

What We’re Looking For:

+ Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice

+ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

+ Certification through the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board preferred

+ Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (home care or facility experience a plus)

+ Current CPR certification and up-to-date PPD or chest x-ray

+ Strong communication skills and computer proficiency

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
