    Field Manager – Trenchless Division

     

    Hughes Brothers Construction is now hiring! We are a heavy civil contractor specializing in large site infrastructure, underground utilities and roadway construction throughout Central Florida.     The Field Manager – Trenchless Division is responsible for overseeing daily field operations for the trenchless equipment fleet which includes the vac truck, CCTV inspection van and pressure grout truck.

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee daily field operations for the vac truck, CCTV inspection van and pressure grout truck.

    + Coordinate work schedules for the vac truck, CCTV inspection van and pressure grout truck.

    + Ensure trenchless crews operate safely, efficiently and in compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.

    + Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment with project objectives, budget and resource allocation.

    + Ensure proper use, care and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.

    Desired Qualifications :

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Prior experience in the operation of CCTV rig and pressure grout rig.

    + Prior experience as a foreman or superintendent in underground pipe installation.

    + Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR record.

    + Extensive knowledge in underground pipe installation.

    + Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift to 40 pounds.

    + High school diploma/GED preferred.

    + English and Spanish fluency a plus but not required.
