What you’ll do:

+ Transport sick and/or injured patients to or between appropriate medical facilities and/or residence.

+ Actively participate in the safe delivery of patient care and maintain a safe environment for all patients.

+ Perform daily vehicle maintenance check and cleaning.

+ Replenish medical equipment and supplies.

+ Monitor and properly operate all communications equipment to ensure efficient, constant, and appropriate contact with the communications department.

+ Respond to all requests for service in an optimal manner and the priority of response as directed by the dispatcher.

What you’ll need for this job:

+ Valid IDPH EMT Basic License

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Current Illinois State Driver's License

+ CPR/BLS - American Heart Association

Pay Range: $16.49 - $24.44 per hour

_Actual compensation will fall within the range_ _but_ _may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
