Boeing Commercial Airplanes** (BCA) is looking for an **Associate (Level 2),** **Experienced** **(Level 3** ), or **Senior (Level 4) Supplier Quality Engineer** to join our team in **Everett, Washington.

Primary responsibilities:

+ Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation.

+ Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

+ Analyzes capability assessments to support supplier selection activities.

+ Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

+ Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

+ Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances. Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.

+ Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

+ Works under general supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

+ Level 2: 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.

+ Experience working in a quality job role.

+ Experience working with Quality Standards.

+ Experience with ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

+ Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions.

+ Experience working with Quality and/or Safety Corrective Action/Preventive Action, Root Cause Analysis.

+ Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

+ Project management experience.

+ Experience in the aerospace industry.

+ Experience with risk assessment methodologies and experience in supplier audits (e.g., FMEA, system, product, and process audit assessment)

+ Experience, and at least considered an intermediate user, with office tools such Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

+ Experience with utilizing analytic skills: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

+ Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process

+ Experience in various quality tools and processes such as inspection plans, control plans, and measurement system analysis (MSA).

+ Experience with Statistical Product Acceptance and review of supplier statistical plans

+ Experience with Engineering Process Improvement Methods: knowledge of producibility and process improvement methodologies (e.g., statistical process control (SPC), 6-Sigma)

+ Experience leading cross-functional teams

+ Ability to present technical findings to various levels of leadership

**Summary Pay Range** :

+ Associate (Level 2): $78,200 - $105,800

+ Experienced (Level 3): $94,350 - $127,650

+ Senior (Level 4): $116,450 - $157,550
