    Our client is seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting the maintenance and cleanliness of the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Job Title:** Custodian

    **Location:** Hanover, PA

    **Pay Range:** $17.00/hr

    **Shift:** Monday – Thursday, 6 hours per day, roughly 24 hours a week

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in common areas of the buildings

    + Perform minor repairs and maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs

    + Maintain supplies in restrooms, including toilet paper and paper towels

    + Assist in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms

    + Perform limited grounds maintenance, such as trash pickup

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to keep the facility clean and organized with attention to detail

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + At least 2 years of relevant experience in custodial or maintenance roles

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for prolonged periods

    + Experience with machine operation is a plus
