Delaware North is hiring a full-time Property Care Specialist to join our team in Buffalo, New York at our headquarters location. As a Property Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the corporate headquarters. What will you do?

+ Maintain and restock common areas including lobbies, restrooms, break rooms, and cafeterias, responding promptly to cleaning emergencies such as spills or odors

+ Monitor and service restrooms by cleaning, restocking supplies, and addressing issues as needed

+ Support corporate events by moving tables, boxes, supplies, and other necessary items

+ Occasionally sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages; process outbound mail and assist with mail services and documentation

+ Assist with mail and package deliveries at headquarters and help customers select appropriate services

More about you

+ 2+ years of cleaning experience in a corporate environment

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs

+ No degree or experience required

Physical requirements

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
