Job Description Summary
GE HealthCare, Noblesville is looking to add experienced manufacturing and repair technicians to our team supporting the manufacture, configuration, refurbishment, and repair of world-class Ultrasound machines.
This position is responsible for performing all activities related to the production of ultrasound components and subassemblies in accordance with established processes. This position also performs all shipping and receiving functions for the assigned product line including packaging and transportation of finished goods and raw materials. This position will have access to information concerning suppliers, customers, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
+ Follow all safety policies and procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
+ Performs all necessary steps required to assemble product lines.
+ Ensures adherence to quality standards.
+ Operates test equipment to ensure product performance specifications are met.
+ Adheres to the highest standard of conduct reflecting honesty, integrity, respect, trustworthiness, courtesy, and professionalism.
+ Responds to customer complaints and concerns.
+ Interacts effectively with customers/end users.
+ Maintains high level of attendance and punctuality.
+ Meets deadlines and schedules.
+ Completes required documentation.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
+ Experience in medical device industry preferred.
+ Previous experience operating automated assembly equipment required.
+ Strong organizational skills required.
+ Ability to read, write, and speak English.
+ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
+ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Knowledge of basic mathematic principles.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
