Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc\. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf\-care equipment, and ground support equipment\. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves\.

Responsibilities:

* Perform day\-to\-day execution of TSV tactical corporate communications to increase employees' understanding of TSV and Textron goals, objectives and priorities and drive employee engagement\.

* Regular generation of articles, photos, poll questions and other content for all communications channels, including the ERIC employee intranet and other mediums, to deliver and reinforce company messages, according to a regular schedule

of content\.

* Development of regular communication channel through TSV leaders, including regular distribution of leader briefs and key messages to be communicated through organizational layers\.

* Creation of posters, signage and other printed materials for campus\-wide communication\.

* Serve as communications business partner to TSV functions, executing communications to address needs identified by internal customers and through specialist's own assessment of gaps and opportunities\. Work closely with internal resources and external partners to create and deliver necessary messages and information effectively, leveraging multiple touchpoints and mediums to reach the required audiences\.

* Assist in day\-to\-day execution of TSV external communications, including channel communications, customer communications, public relations and social media, to support TSV customers, drive business forward, and position company as upstanding corporate citizen and employer of choice in its communities\.

* Execute regular cadence of channel communications, including “Dealer Dispatch” and other vessels, to inform and engage TSV channel partners with important information to drive sales and customer service across our business lines\.

* Assist in public\-relations initiatives, including drafting news releases, creation of media materials, and other activities to engage consumer, industry and trade media and drive earned\-media performance across TSV business lines\.

* Assist in executing recall communications to customers and channel partners across TSV businesses as needed

* Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued\.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or English

Years of Experience: 3 or more years of experience

Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint required\. Capabilities in Adobe Photoshop or similar platforms preferred
