What You’ll Do:
+ Oversee and inspire our Animal Care team, ensuring daily operations run efficiently.
+ Hire, train, and develop staff while conducting performance evaluations.
+ Collaborate across teams to implement programs that enhance animal care and community services.
+ Manage shelter operations, from safety protocols to inventory oversight.
+ Act as a key liaison between staff, volunteers, and community members.
What You’ll Bring:
+ Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Business Management, or related field—or equivalent experience.
+ Knowledge of animal healthcare and welfare.
+ Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
+ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment while staying adaptable and focused to achieve daily outcomes.
