What you'll do...

Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights – Fraud Strategy

What the team does…

This role sits within the Fraud Strategy team, where you will lead a group of analysts and managers focused on identifying, mitigating, and preventing fraud across Walmart’s ecommerce platform. You’ll drive strategic planning, manage cross-functional initiatives, and partner with Product, Tech, and Business teams to deliver scalable fraud solutions. Your leadership will shape the roadmap, guide execution, and ensure measurable impact across business units.

What you’ll do…

+ Own the roadmap and execution of fraud mitigation initiatives across platforms and workstreams.

+ Lead and mentor a team of analysts and managers focused on fraud detection, rule development, and strategic execution.

+ Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align capabilities and drive solutions.

+ Oversee major ruleset adjustments, escalations, and fraud trend coverage.

+ Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

+ Guide reporting, experimentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

+ Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Ink and Sig.

You will bring…

+ Proven leadership experience in analytics, risk, or fraud strategy.

+ Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.

+ Expertise in data storytelling and communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across business units.

+ High sense of urgency and ownership in delivering measurable results.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
