Description
The Transformation and Business Integration Organization is seeking an experienced Senior Project Analyst to support the Consumer Banking Contact Center. This role will be responsible for individually leading efforts as well as providing analytical team support to a broad application of functions within Transformation and Business Integration. The Senior Project Analyst will coordinate and execute various business support processes and projects. An ideal candidate for this role is both intellectually curious and a self-starter. The Senior Project Analyst should thrive in a collaborative environment, as this role will require working cross functionally within Transformation and Business Integration as well as stakeholders across the wider organization to gather requirements and ensure project success. Additionally, you should consider yourself an expert in creating high quality, compelling, executive level communication and presentation materials to help tell our story while shaping the future of our organization. The Senior Project Analyst will be responsible for the development, delivery, and maintenance of high quality, executive-ready project documentation and presentation materials including quantitative metric tracking, project status and tracking materials.
Primary responsibilities
Project Support:
Responsibilities directly contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal projects:
+ Assisting in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for internal function projects such as training, playbooks, documentation refinement, and program assessments
+ Performing data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and business performance evaluation
+ Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance, identify problems and shortfalls, and propose solutions
+ Participating in calls, meetings, planning & problem-solving sessions to provide insights, resources, and aid in development of necessary documents for follow-up and execution
+ Obtaining regular updates and preparing workstream status reports for key projects, initiatives, and forums
+ Documentation and process improvement: identifying areas of optimization and implementing best practices to enhance team efficiencies
Administrative:
Responsibilities support optimal operation of the team and leadership through coordination and communication:
+ Create business review presentations in collaboration with internal stakeholders for executive leadership
+ Managing information flow including liaising with leadership, colleagues, and external partners in support of data requests
+ Preparing, reviewing, and composing agendas, correspondence, and executive presentations (including confidential and sensitive information)
+ Coordinating project meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reporting on an ad hoc basis
+ Own supported organization invoice management including tracking, communication and issue remediation
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
5+ years of experience in administrative and project support role
+ Excellent interpersonal skills including building & maintaining stakeholder relationships
+ Strong problem resolution and critical thinking skills
+ Proactive, flexible, self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, prioritizing work appropriately using good judgement techniques
+ Excellent organizational, communication and planning skills
+ Team player with strong influencing and problem-solving skills
+ Advanced MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel & MS Word skills
Hours & Work Schedule
+ Hours per Week: 40
+ Work Schedule: M-F 8:30-5pm
