IMMEDIATE HIRING : Clean Room Assembler - $20/hr - 1st shift, 2nd shift and Weekend shift

Job Description

We are seeking skilled assemblers capable of working with small, precise parts that require handling with tweezers. The role involves occasional machine operation by placing parts in a jig and aligning them on a computer. Quality checks are performed using a microscope and magnifying glass. Candidates will occasionally work in a clean room environment or operate a laser etching machine.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble small parts with precision using tweezers.

+ Operate machines by aligning parts using a computer interface.

+ Perform quality checks with microscopes and magnifying glasses.

+ Work in a clean room environment as necessary.

+ Run a laser etching machine when required.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ year of experience in quality assurance or quality control, utilizing microscopes, micrometers, or calipers.

+ 1+ year of experience in small parts assembly.

+ 1+ year of data entry and computer skills experience, preferably with medical software, ERP systems, or Epicor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a medical-related position is a plus.

+ 1+ year of ERP experience is a plus.

+ 1+ year experience with Epicor is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment allows for casual attire such as jeans and a polo or nice t-shirt. Safety goggles, provided by the company, are required due to laser use. Steel toe boots are not necessary. In the clean room, employees must wear protective suits each day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kettering, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $20.40/hr.
