    General Laborer

     

    Pay: $23-24/Hour

     

    Shift: 7AM-3:30PM

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Laborer to join our team. This role involves working in the manufacturing and construction industry, focusing on the finishing and detailing of fabricated precast concrete products.

    Responsibilities

    + Strip and clean concrete forms and products.

    + Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.

    + Perform basic carpentry skills.

    + Maintain the facility and conduct housekeeping tasks.

    + Handle other responsibilities as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, hand tools, and power tools.

    + manufacturing industry and construction.

    + Ability to read a tape measure.

    + Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or construction.

    + Basic math and measurement knowledge.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Go-getter mentality with good attendance and drive.

    + Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

    + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically.

    + ACI certification preferred.

    + Prior precast concrete experience is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is primarily outdoors, requiring comfort with working in various weather conditions, including rain, cold, and heat. The shift is from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washingto

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
