    **The community you'll be caring for:** AdventHealth Hendersonville

    **The role you'll contribute:** The Marketing Director is responsible for positioning the AdventHealth network for success by developing strategic marketing plans that drive business to the organization. It is his/her responsibility to work closely with the Executive Director of Marketing, Executive team, and Marketing & Communications team to determine AdventHealth North Carolina's goals and continually assess ROI to ensure organizational objectives are met. The Marketing Director drives marketing strategies and tactics to competitively differentiate, build market preference and grow market share through the network's branded services. This position oversees all aspects of brand positioning, marketing messaging, design and creative execution as well as the creation and production of AdventHealth North Carolina's marketing programs. The Marketing Director oversees adherence to brand design standards while ensuring a consistent image in the community. In addition, this position works with the Executive Director of Marketing to ensure advertising strategies are implemented within specified budgets and timeframes and internal and external messaging is timely and consistent. The Marketing Director actively collaborates with the executive leadership team, service line leaders, physicians and other key stakeholders. This position requires a creative and progressive leader, hands-on relationship builder and influencer with an analytical mindset and the reputation of getting things done.

    The value you'll bring to the team:

    + Develops and oversees the execution of strategic marketing plans for service lines based on organizational priorities.

    + Leads and participates in the annual operating budget planning, development, and oversight for the marketing team.

    + Coordinates and executes marketing and community events in collaboration with the physician marketing and community outreach team.

    + Manages campus-level social media channels and reputation, ensuring consistent and positive representation.

    + Oversees the online provider directory, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Med Staff, Clinic Management, and the Consumer Experience Center.

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:

    + Bachelor's in marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field [Required]

    + 7 years of position-related experience [Required]
