    Position Details:

    This position will support the Intermountain Community Care Foundation in its grantmaking operations by working directly with nonprofit applicants. Responsibilities include coordinating the grant application and review process, providing technical assistance to applicants, supporting review committee logistics, and managing communications and reporting related to funded programs. The position will also contribute to strategic planning, data tracking, and impact reporting, and will collaborate with internal teams such as accounting, legal, compliance, and communications to ensure effective stewardship of philanthropic resources.”

    The Community Health Program Manager works under the direction of a Community Health Director, system operational leader or Community Health AVP to:

    + Organize and coordinate community health programs with internal and external stakeholders

    + Coordinate and implement programs to support the needs of the community and the strategic direction of the organization

    + Oversee performance and execution of the program/initiative and communicates status updates

    + Support community-based collaborations

    + Organize and implement the community Health implementation strategy

     

    This role will work normal business hours (M-F, 9-5) and can work remotely but must live in Utah, Colorado, Montana, or Nevada (Clark County).

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Project management and/or program coordination experience.

    + Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.

    + Experience using computers and Microsoft Programs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience working in nonprofits and/or foundations.

    + Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a healthcare related field

    + Project management and/or program coordination experience with a history of success

    + Healthcare experience

    + Demonstrated experience in Community Health, Public Health or Population Health

    + Written and verbal communication skills

    + Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

    + Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

    Physical Requirements:

    + Interact with others requiring the employee to communicate information.

    + Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move finders and hands.

    + See and read computer monitors and documents.

    + Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone or other equipment.

    The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

     

    $38.55 - $59.49
