Red River Technology is actively seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Production Manager to join our team in supporting a mission-critical program for the Navy. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the success of a crucial initiative that directly enhances national operational readiness across the entire US Naval Fleet.

The Production Manager will oversee the production process, ensuring that all hardware products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role involves managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Plan, organize, and oversee the production process from start to finish.

+ Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.

+ Coordinate with customer, vendors, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams.

+ Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

+ Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

+ Optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.

+ Maintain accurate production records and reports.

+ Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

+ Active DoD Secret Clearance

+ Minimum 8 years of experience as a Production Manager or similar role in hardware manufacturing in support of a large DoD program.

+ Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices within the DoD.

+ Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

+ Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Experience with Department of Defense standards and guidelines
