Its defining quality will be a feeling of presence, like you are right there with another person or in another place.The Meta Reality Labs Product Marketing organization leads work to inform what products we’re building with market insights, product launch strategy, and in-market business growth. We influence early stage product development and roadmaps, create go-to-market plans, support in-market growth of the ecosystem, and inform direction for future investments.This role leads critical product areas that makes Meta a trusted destination for developers building into Meta’s family of apps, and consumers engaging with our Metaverse products. The Trust component will support PMMs building for the Youth and Family audience for Meta Horizon, including Worlds and Meta Horizon OS for our virtual reality headsets and mobile app. The Developer Platform side works to create a sustainable and scalable platform for developers, businesses, and Meta, while staying compliant with regulations from the FTC and global regulators. The work of this horizontal platform team supports 100’s of product teams at Meta and hundreds of thousands of developers externally. The Product Marketing Manager Lead will be responsible for leading a team to balance breadth and depth to influence and inform the developer roadmap with customer and market needs in mind as well as lead go-to-market and in-market programs that drive acquisition and growth for our partners. The ideal candidate will be able to partner closely with product and business leadership, and independently identify opportunities to scale impact for the business. They excel at operating at scale, selling their vision across key stakeholders, and leading complex programs that land lasting business impact.

Product Marketing Manager Lead, Metaverse Trust and Platform Foundations Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of Product Marketing Managers, responsible for the planning, execution, and management of developer and consumer products
2. Support all aspects of people development including setting priorities, ensuring cross-functional support & resources, and unblocking as they navigate new work streams across the company
3. Influence long-range portfolio roadmaps with a customer-centric perspective by leveraging audience segmentations, research, and insights from other product categories
4. Partner with product leadership to influence product and business strategy with a view of customer needs and market opportunities
5. Influence financial long-range plans, portfolio strategy, investments and priorities across teams
6. Consistently building internal partnerships, influence, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy
7. Model respectful behaviors and build an organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives
Minimum Qualifications:

8. 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field
9. 3+ years experience with working with platform integrity, safety or trust topics
10. Experience leading teams to drive initiatives that have not been done before – setting goals, communicating the business vision, bringing stakeholders along, facilitating cross-functional alignment, through execution, measurement, and performance assessment
11. Experience building partnerships with Product Management and cross-functional teams, and shaping product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
12. Experience analyzing data, and translating to insights that support product development and go to market strategies
13. Bachelor's degree

14. MBA or related Masters degree or equivalent experience
15. Experience building and scaling a global product offering
16. Experience and/or domain knowledge in augmented reality, virtual reality, immersive gaming, wearable devices, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms
Public Compensation:
$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
