    _What Will You Do?_

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Performs daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on all plant equipment

    + Performs troubleshooting, problem solving, and countermeasure activities on all production and facility equipment

    + Performs mechanical maintenance with frequent electrical (480V, 208V, 120V, 24VDC) and controls-related troubleshooting

    + Dismantles machines or equipment using hand tools or power tools to examine parts for defects and repairs or replaces

    + Completes daily maintenance paperwork for assigned Work Requests and Checklists

    + Assists with installing conduit and wiring for new equipment installations

    + Performs special duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor/Manager

    REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

    + Thorough understanding of maintenance troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic manufacturing equipment

    + Working knowledge of 480 Volt 3 phase power, logic controllers, motor starters and variable frequency drives

    + Ability to read and follow written instructions

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings and specifications

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    + Mostly Outdoor/Shop Environment

    + Must be able to work outdoor and indoor

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    + Walking

    + Using hands

    + Bending

    + Lifting

    + Sitting

    + Climbing

     

    _Your Experience Should Be..._

    Minimum Experience:

    5+ years of electrical maintenance experience

     

    2+ years of experience with CNC Machine Repair

     

    2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment desirable

     

    Experience with troubleshooting PLC based control systems

     

    Strong background in electrical troubleshooting

     

    Skills Required: (i.e. certifications, licenses, registrations, etc.):

     

    Welding and fabrication skills considered a plus
