    Our client, a leading organization in the banking and credit union industry, is seeking a IT Technical Analyst to join their team. As a IT Technical Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting core financial systems and software development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** IT Technical Analyst (No C2C)

    **Location:** Baltimore, MD

    **Pay Range:** $90,000 - $110,000

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Design, develop, and maintain core financial system software solutions to meet business needs.

    + Collaborate with business units and partners to create scripts and programs that enhance system efficiency.

    + Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure applications function correctly and meet requirements.

    + Maintain SDLC processes and adhere to compliance policies for code deployment and change management.

    + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for core processing workflows and reports.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 4-6 years of experience in a developer or development-related role within the financial or banking sector.

    + Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL, along with familiarity with scripting.

    + Experience working with Corelation Keystone or similar core financial systems.

    + Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
